MARTINSWERK ANNOUNCES GLOBAL PRICE INCREASE FOR ITS ALUMI

Prices for MAGNIFIN® magnesium hydroxide will be increased in the mid-single digit percent range. Extreme tightness in the supply of chemical grade alumina hydrate has resulted in significant cost increases. In addition, increases in the costs of other raw materials, energy, CO2 credits and freight are also contributing factors.

HUBER | MARTINSWERK INTRODUCES ITS MARTOXID® TM-4000 SERI

Huber’s Martoxid® TM-4000 series products are specially designed for polyamides. Martoxid® TM-4250 thermally conductive filler is the newest grade in the series, which can increase orientation independent isotropic conductivity in PA6 and PA66 up to 2.5 W/mK (in-plane and through plane) with additive levels up to 75 wt.% combined with low viscosity and excellent flowability, resulting in higher throughput during extrusion while providing lower energy consumption.
